    Initial Accreditation 1973/Last comprehensive review 2024 (after extension)/Next comprehensive review 2030

      Re-accreditation:  April 2025 for period of seven (7) years from last scheduled review with no stipulations.
      Most recent Accreditation decision:
      -April 2017 re-accreditation with no stipulations.
      -February 2023 - Administrative Probation for failure to submit timely Annual Report.
      -April 2023 - Administrative Probation status resolved.
      -April 2024 - Administrative Probation due to delayed site visit.
      -October 2024 - Administrative Probation status resolved. Site visit scheduled for November 2024 (1year later).
      -April 2025 - Reaccreditation for seven (7) years with no stipulations. Focus Visit at three (3) years (2028) to assess progress with assessment.
